We had such a wonderful morning at the Donkey Picnic. The food was amazing, the setting was so beautiful with the hills in the background. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved feeding the Donkeys. It was worth every cent. You must try it. Thankyou so much for making our 40th Wedding Anniversary so special.

Do yourself a favour and try it. Local or Destination venue. i had out of town guests, What a treat for us. Marianne took the time to make us feel special whilst doing a great job. the venue is impeccable , the food is great. We have been back 3 times for the awesome experience. i am a local and will keep going back.

Absolutely amazing food. The steak was outstanding — honestly the best steak I’ve had in Australia. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the curry and rice dishes. Great flavor, cooked perfectly, and the overall dining experience was excellent. Highly recommend this place, and we will definitely come back again. A big thank you to the staff for recommending the craft beer — it was amazing! It was absolutely fantastic, far better than anything you’d find at a typical bottle shop! 🍻 Lovely room as well! What a wonderful trip we have !

Stopped in for a Saturday lunch and was so impressed by the selection of Gluten Free options. My steak was cooked exactly how I like it. The wait staff were lovely, with fast efficient service. And beautifully clean bathrooms too

Great beer garden for family and friend catch ups or for a daily drink and meal. Good country atmosphere with a live band. On the Sat. afternoon we were there. All meals that were placed on our table were very generous and devoured by my family. Inside the hotel was a beautiful open fire which I look forward to sitting in front of on my next visit.

Went for dinner on a weekday night. It was super quiet. The small dining room was cozy and not overly crowded. It was a bit cold for the vast outside seating, would be amazing for lunch or in the summertime. The food was amazing and service was friendly and laid back. The space had good vibes only.

We had a fantastic experience at Bearded Dragon Hotel. The food menu is easily one of the best I’ve seen at any pub, and the drinks selection is just as impressive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the passion behind this family-run spot. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the Scenic Rim!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and created some truly special memories with our family. Everything was exceptional, the restaurant, the delicious food, the cleanliness of the rooms, the opportunity to feed the animals, the live music, and the fantastic show on Saturday afternoon. Every detail made our stay enjoyable and memorable. A special thank you to Leika, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. When she noticed us wearing our football jerseys, she kindly offered to arrange a place for us to watch the game if we wanted to. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel right at home. In fact, we enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to extend our stay by an extra day just to make the most of it. This place has earned a special place in our hearts, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for helping create memories that our family will cherish for years to come. ❤️ Highly recommended! 😊
